Shrimp with Spaghetti
Receipe-. Time- 45 minutes
Ingredients-. Serve- 6
600g spaghetti ( boil with water, salt and little oil and drain water)
1 cup pasta sauce
1 tbs rec chilli flakes
2 tsp black pepper
1 tbs basil leaves
1 tbs parsely chopped
Salt to taste
1 cup mix bell peppers cut small pieces
2 tbs carrots pieces
2 medium size onions cut thick slices
1 tbs garlic chopped
2 tbs green onions rings
1 tbs Peri Peri sauce
2 tbs oil
1 tbs olive oil
2 tsp soya sauce
#ForShrimp-
1,1/2 cup Shrimp ( without skin)
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tbs tandoori Masala
Salt to taste
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs corn flour
#Method-
Shrimp clean and wash properly and drain water.
In a bowl add shrimp , garlic paste, tandoori Masala, lemon juice , salt and corn flour , mix well and leave a 5 minutes.
After heat oil in a pan and add shrimp and fry 5 to 6 minutes on high heat after turn off the flame,and take out Shrimp from the pan without oil.
#SpaghettiMethod-
Heat a big pot or big pan.
Add rest oil ( frying shrimp) ,add garlic paste , sauté 1 minute after add all veggies stir fry 4 to 5 minutes on high flame. Add pasta sauce and all spices ,soya sauce. Now add boil spaghetti and mix well.cook more 5 minutes. Add olive oil and green onions and turn off the flame.
In a platter pour spaghetti mixure garnish with fry shrimp and green onions rings.

As I came back from church this Sunday evening, my kids wanted to have pizza. Since I was no way wanted to again go and eat out, so tried the Pizza with wheat flour (Aata)(more healthy option) & without yeast(bcs my yeast finished,so tried again a new trick with curd).
To make pizza base - I tried this with 2.5 cups of wheat flour in a bowl, mix into that 1.5 tbl spn powdered sugar & 1 ts spn salt, mix it thoroughly. Now make a small well in the middle & add 1 cup of curd (I used the same cup used for measuring aata 1 ts spn baking powder, a pinch of baking soda & 2 tbl spn oil and mix it and using a little water, knead it into a soft sticky dough, add a little more oil & knead it for a 5 seconds more & cover with a damn cloth. Keep it covered for 1 hour. Meanwhile, I prepared the toppings with whatever I had (carrot, capsicum, tomato, onion. To add up for more toppings I had two eggs which I made into egg bhurji & cheese.
Now the dough was ready, I made three equal parts of the dough & rolled out into a 1/2 inch thick, transfered into a Tawa/Pan rubbed with some oil & spread it to fit the size of pan/tawa & prick it with a fork so that it don't puff up. Now in goes the pizza sauce (I used some chilli garlic sauce & tomato ketchup) and spread it mixed with some chilli flakes & oregano. Next goes some cheese. Now add up carrots, green capsicum, tomato, onions, egg bhurji & again top up with cheese. Brush up some oil again on the edges. Now keep the tawa into the preheated oven and in 10 minutes my pizza was ready. My son had no patience, he was going in and out my kitchen to get his pizza. Ha... so here my healthy pizza was ready. 😊😊😊

Birbal BasumataryBetter idea of healthy food, interesting is that you know what is the stuff. Other pizzas dont imazine what they put, those are only taste not healthy.
